In December 2025, Heavy acquired a majority stake in BSX on behalf of Gosselin Group.
The partnership brings together two complementary strengths: BSX's established transport expertise and fleet with Heavy's position in exceptional transport and project logistics.
BSX retains its own identity and operational leadership under Nordy Bonne and Stacy Mattheyssen, while gaining access to the scale, network and resources of Gosselin.
