Built on decades of specialist expertise
PQF was established in December 2025, following the acquisition of Belgian fumigation specialist Descroes by EWS Group and Gosselin Group.
While the PQF name is new, the expertise behind it is not. Descroes brought a century of experience in pest control and fumigation, including extensive knowledge of container-related treatments in the Port of Antwerp.
The container quarantine activities were established as PQF Group, creating a dedicated organisation focused entirely on this specialised market.
